1. Limit the access everyone has. Not everyone who has access to your server or its various folders really needs to see every little document you have. Password protect some folders with something that is hard to guess.

7. Use anti-virus software. Keep your cloud service secure by installing some anti-virus protection and scanning consistently. Malicious viruses can help hackers gain access to even the securest of files.
